About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to work closely with the business owner and family office. This role requires strong accounting experience, the ability to manage multiple entities, and experience working with Australian companies—preferably within tax agent environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounting functions of multiple business entities
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks including AP/AR, reconciliations, ledger management, and BAS-aligned reporting
  • Prepare and customize financial statements and management reports
  • Coordinate with Australian tax agents, government bodies, and stakeholders as required
  • Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with AU accounting standards
  • Support and streamline internal financial processes and systems

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years accounting experience (Australian accounting exposure preferred)
  • Experience working with tax agents, business owners, or family office setups
  • CPA qualified (preferred or currently pursuing)
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal
  • Proficient in accounting software (MYOB, Xero, or similar)
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to create tailored financial and operational reports

Schedule & Arrangement:

  • Part-time contract role
  • Remote work setup

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
