Paralegal (Open to Fresh Grad - Real Estate)

Qualifications:

  • College graduate, preferably in Political Science, Legal Management, or any related course with paralegal experience.
  • Open to Fresh Grad
  • Knowledge of Philippine laws, litigation process, and government compliance requirements.
  • Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks under minimal supervision.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and jurisprudence relevant to cases handled by the Legal Manager.
  • Gather facts and background information for cases and disputes.
  • Draft, prepare, review, and revise legal documents, pleadings, and reports.
  • Monitor case progress and maintain updated case files.
  • Prepare reports and monitoring records for internal use.
  • Liaise with courts and government agencies; file pleadings, motions, and documents.
  • Coordinate with external counsels on cases filed in court.
  • Review and draft contracts, agreements, and internal memoranda.
  • Perform other legal and administrative tasks as may be assigned by management.
