About the role

YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION' is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Travel Account | CSR - Virtual Process Only to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, virtual customer service environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service to clients through virtual channels
  2. Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries
  3. Resolving customer issues and queries in a timely and efficient manner
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  5. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. At least 6 months of experience in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment
  2. Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Familiarity with virtual customer service tools and technologies
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  7. Commitment to providing high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations
