About the role

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally
  2. Assisting customers with a wide range of travel-related inquiries and requests
  3. Booking and modifying travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, and car rentals
  4. Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  6. Identifying and capitalising on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell travel products and services
  7. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the travel industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and software, including reservation systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  5. Adaptable and able to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Flexible schedule, as this role may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays
