The ideal candidate knows how to guide viewers toward purchase decisions without compromising the overall live experience and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Host live selling sessions on TikTok Live, Shopee Live, and Lazada Live (optional)
  • Drive conversions by strategically presenting products, promotions, and limited-time offers
  • Balance audience engagement and sales objectives to achieve targeted performance results
  • Create a smooth, well-paced live flow that encourages add-to-cart and checkout actions
  • Communicate product value clearly while maintaining an interactive and enjoyable live session
  • Engage with viewers in real time, addressing questions and objections effectively
  • Work closely with the e-commerce team to align live sessions with campaign goals

Qualifications

  • Experience in confidently hosting and converting audiences through live commerce platforms
  • Strong understanding of conversion-driven selling in live environments
  • Ability to hit targets while delivering a quality and effective live session
  • Clear, confident, and professional communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Background in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands is an advantage
