pre delivery inspection

Primarily responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of vehicle pull out/ transfer services, vehicle inspection and maintenance and driving services in accordance with prescribed guidelines and standards of vehicle inspection and In compliance with AUTOHUB and company policies and procedures as well as the rules and standards of the Plant / Manufacturer.

1. Provides vehicle pull-out and/ or transfer services in accordance with the prescribed guidelines and standards of AUTOHUB and/or Plant/manufacturer:

a. Ensures that all vehicle pull out and transfer to and from stockyard, dealership and / or plant / manufacturer were done safely and responsibly

b. Prepares required vehicle pull-out/ transfer documentations

c. Ensures that the vehicle's interior and exterior parts are in good

condition before and after pull out/ transfer

d. Updates the immediate head on the status of vehicle pull-out and/or transfer and ensures that all instructions are carried out

e. Ensures safekeeping of vehicle keys and endorses the keys to the guard on duty / immediate head properly.

Reports to immediate head / proper authorities any accidents, safety problems and / or potential security concerns involving him and / or the vehicle immediately after occurrence or discovery.

1. Provides driving services for test drives, pick-up and drop-off of VIP clients during marketing events and / or any operations activity as required by the immediate head / supervisor

2. Prepares and submits vehicle test drive / driving services documentations as required

3. Observes the road and traffic laws and regulations and ensures safe driving practices are adhered to

4. Reports any traffic violation / accident committed and submits a Incident Report to the immediate head / supervisor, if in case there are any

5. Reports any findings before and after use (dents, scratch, damages, faults, etc) to immediate head / supervisor / proper authorities

EDUCATION : High School Graduate

WORK EXPERIENCE : 1 year relevant experience

ELIGIBILITY : Professional Driver's License

Pay: Php10, Php11,000.00 per month
