Job Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and increase market share.
Analyze market trends, customer data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and improve strategy.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, event planners, and local businesses.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Networking & Brand Promotion
Represent Morton's Steakhouse at networking events, trade shows, and community functions.
Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to exceed goals and maintain high standards.
Conduct training on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.
Event Sales & Coordination
Coordinate with clients to plan and execute private dining, corporate functions, and special events.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and analytical abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and leveraging trends.
- Knowledge of fine dining standards, wine, and high-end cuisine.
- Willingness to be assigned to specific store or branch locations as needed.
- Immediate availability preferred.
