Key Responsibilities
- Supports the Head of Human Capital & Employee Welfare in implementing HR strategies and programs
- Prepares HR reports, drafts policies, and monitors compliance with labor standards and company guidelines
- Coordinates with different HR units (Talent Acquisition, Training, Medical & Wellness, Security Services).
- Handles employee queries and concerns, escalating complex cases to the Head
- Ensures smooth documentation and records management of HR files
- Assists in the execution of HR and employee welfare initiatives
- Reports directly to the Head of HCEW
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
- Experience:
- At least 2–4 years of HR experience (generalist or specialist)
- Exposure to recruitment, employee relations, training, or HR compliance
- Preferred:
- With experience in policy drafting and HR reporting.
- Knowledge of labor laws and DOLE requirements.
Skills/Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office/HRIS systems
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Analytical and report-writing skills
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely and accurate submission of HR reports (100% compliance) (30%)
- Resolution of employee concerns within 5 working days ≥ 95% (25%)
- Policy and process compliance ≥ 90% (20%)
- Support in HR and welfare programs (≥ 90% completion of assigned tasks) (15%)
- Employee feedback on HR support services ≥ 85% satisfaction (10%)
