Job Description

  • Implementation of maintenance service requirements on transport equipment and service vehicle.
  • Attend to drivers' complaints and observations pertaining to their equipment and make necessary recommendation prior to repairs.
  • Perform repairs as per job order.
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a variety of commercial trucks
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical.
  • Maintain detailed records of all repair and maintenance work
  • Ensure trucks meet all relevant safety and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to minimise vehicle downtime
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced mechanics
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Perform other works and duties Management, at its discretion deems necessary.
