Sales Operations Admin Staff

Responsibilities
Receive and manage all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and endorse them promptly.
Print, scan, and transmit plans, quotations, and other documents efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions to ensure proper coordination.
Assist Sales Representatives and handle showroom walk-in inquiries.
Take ownership of closed sales accounts/projects to ensure client satisfaction.
Coordinate with departments such as Production, Engineering, Accounting, and Sales.
Perform other administrative or operational tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor or manager.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficient in using office software and productivity tools (spreadsheets, word processing, presentations, etc.).
Organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
Can handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in sales admin or operations support is an advantage but not required.
