Propositions Manager – Health & Wellness Programs

We're looking for a
Propositions Manager
to lead the strategy, development, and execution of customer and distribution initiatives for health and wellness programs. This role focuses on creating innovative, customer-driven solutions that strengthen engagement and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance health and wellness propositions that increase member engagement and program value.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wellness components into products and campaigns.
  • Partner with distribution and marketing teams to design and roll out engagement strategies and incentives.
  • Lead the launch of new propositions, monitor performance, and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA or certification is a plus).
  • Strong background in propositions management, marketing, or business development within financial services or wellness-related industries.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, stakeholders, and campaigns end to end.
