Enterprise Services comprises of multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, which report into the Chief of Enterprise Services. The Impact You Will Have In This Role
Clearance & Settlement Operations is responsible for the end-to-end processing of clearance and settlement activities across DTC, NSCC & FICC, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of U.S. financial markets. SCSO manages a wide range of functions—from real-time trade matching, netting, and settlement to exception handling, risk mitigation, physical processing and operational controls. The group also leads cross-functional initiatives such as project management, workflow enhancements, and operational risk review across business lines. Additionally, the team is responsible for the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Operational functionality within the C&S business lines at DTCC ensuring that defined quality standards are met. The UAT team should possess an in-depth knowledge of automated testing tools and quality control approaches including the ability to automate test scripts using an Industry standard Java Selenium framework.

Your Primary Responsibilities

• Developing an in-depth knowledge of the Business Operation, in order to support the testing for t the products being delivered.
• Collaborating with internal collaborators; holding yourself accountable for successful project execution and measurable high-quality, timely results
• Implementing test scripts and reporting on executiachievementsnes, and advancing issues and risks with the potential to affect project timelines
• Developing and modifying basic test automation scripts
• Logging defects and collaborating with development and Modernization teams for quick resolution
• Presenting complex or technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical partners
• Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; raises appropriately

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed For Success

• 3 to 5 years of software testing experience
• 3 years of core Java or Selenium Test NG automation experience
• Experience in API automation
• Proficient in writing SQL queries
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience with agile management tools including, but not limited to ALM, JIRA & Selenium
• Must be amenable to work EMEA Shift
