Assist clients in preparing accurate and timely tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax laws.

Generate and compile financial statements for clients across various industries.

Utilize accounting software such as
QuickBooks Online
and
Juantax
for bookkeeping and tax reporting.

Review workpapers and tax returns prepared by associates, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Conduct thorough reviews of tax compliance documents to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.

Use
Microsoft Office
and
Google Workspace
tools for data analysis, reporting, and client communication.

Collaborate with clients, addressing tax-related inquiries and providing high-quality service.

Research tax regulations, staying updated with changes and best practices.

Support documentation requirements for audits, management reviews, and compliance checks.

Assist tax team in compiling documents and preparing schedules for tax compliance.

Maintain organized filing of financial records, receipts, and supporting documents.

Coach and mentor interns and associates in tax-related matters.

Assist with additional client-related and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field
.

Minimum 2–3 years
of experience in general accounting, finance, or taxation.

Preferably
CPA, CTT, or CB certified
.

Strong working knowledge of
QuickBooks Online
; familiarity with Juantax preferred.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Excellent
analytical, organizational, and communication
skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
