Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified Electrician to perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) standards. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in residential, commercial, or industrial settings, and be capable of working independently or in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, lighting, and control equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure electrical systems comply with safety and building regulations (PEC).
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and power issues.
- Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all installations meet local and national codes and safety regulations.
- Perform testing and commissioning of new installations.
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe and working condition.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other workers on project requirements.
- Prepare reports on completed jobs and materials used.
- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or vocational course in Electrical Technology or related field.
- NC II or NC III in Electrical Installation and Maintenance (TESDA-certified).
- With valid PRC License (for Registered Master Electricians, if applicable).
- At least [1-3] years of relevant experience in electrical works.
- Familiar with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC).
- Can read and interpret electrical plans and wiring diagrams.
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site or in rotating shifts.
- Knowledge in basic troubleshooting of electrical systems and control panels.
