QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Vocational or Technical Course in Electrical Installation & Maintenance or equivalent.
  • Certification: Must have an active NC II (Electrical Installation & Maintenance) from TESDA.
  • Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience as an Electrician in industrial, construction, or facility maintenance settings (fresh graduates with NC II are also encouraged to apply).
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and testing devices.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Awareness of safety regulations and electrical codes.
  • Must be willing to be relocated to project sites as required by company operations.
  • Physically fit and able to work in various field conditions.
  • Willing to work on extended hours, weekends, or holidays when necessary.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and professionalism.
