Responsibilities

The role encompasses several key areas of responsibility, including the maintenance and oversight of common area facilities and essential building systems such as generators, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems. It involves managing and updating all technical records, manuals, as-built plans, and related documentation. The position also requires supervising technical staff in carrying out routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance tasks, as well as responding to client service requests. Additionally, it includes leading the diagnosis and resolution of technical issues raised by tenants or unit owners. The role further extends to recommending and implementing energy conservation measures and cost-saving initiatives to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; must be a licensed RME or REE
  • 5 years relevant work experience and 3 years in building/facilities management
  • Knowledgeable in Building Facilities Management and applicable laws
