Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Call Center Associate. The Call Center Associate will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide excellent customer service, troubleshoot customer issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Additional responsibilities include documenting interactions, managing customer databases, and collaborating with team members to optimize customer support operations.

  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy and Contact Center operations
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to enhance Customer Experience and resolve issues efficiently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
