Field Risk Officer

Field-Based |

Salary:
Php 25,000 basic + Php 10,000 allowance

Billease
is looking for a Field Risk Officer to help us identify and manage risks in our field operations. If you're detail-oriented, analytical, and ready to work on the ground—this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct field audits and ensure compliance
  • File cases involving confirmed fraud or violations
  • Investigate fraud or misconduct in the field
  • Collaborate with Sales, Ops, and Risk teams to solve and prevent issues
  • Train field staff on risk controls
  • Analyze data and report findings

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Fintech background is a plus)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in risk management, audit, or compliance; experience in the fintech industry is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to investigate and file cases involving confirmed fraud or regulatory violations
  • Must be based in Manila and open to field work
