Job Title: Electronic Field & Bench Technician

This hands-on role requires practical troubleshooting, assembly, and repair skills for various electronic equipment and devices. (Hiring 2 personnel).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering or at least a graduate of a technical-vocational course (e.g., TESDA) with an NCII Certification for EPAS (Electronic Products Assembly and Servicing) course.
  • Testing & Measurement:
  • Proficiency in using various electronic test and measurement equipment, including digital multimeters (DMM), function generators, oscilloscopes, and controlled power supplies.
  • Ability to accurately read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Assembly & Repair:
  • Expert skill in both through-hole and surface-mount device (SMD) soldering and desoldering using a soldering iron and rework stations.
  • Experience with cable assembly, crimping, and harness construction.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair faults at the component level on printed circuit boards.
  • General Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of electronic components (ICs, transistors, passive components) and their functional characteristics.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain clear repair logs and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
