Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as an FSD AI Annotator based in Pasig. The role involves performing detailed annotations on data to train and improve Full Self-Driving (FSD) artificial intelligence systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing, categorizing, and tagging visual data, ensuring the data meets quality standards. The candidate will collaborate with AI engineers and researchers to identify and classify scenarios, ensuring accuracy and consistency in the annotated datasets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use specialized annotation software to accurately draw 3D bounding boxes around objects (e.g., vehicles, pedestrians, cyclists) detected in radar scans.
  • Carefully identify, classify, and tag objects according to a detailed set of client guidelines and categories.
  • Review sequences of radar video, ensuring object tracking and annotation consistency across multiple frames.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy, meticulously following all project rules.
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly productivity and quality targets.
  • Collaborate closely with Team Leads and Quality Assurance (QA) staff to understand feedback and continuously improve annotation quality.
  • Adhere to strict data confidentiality and security protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience:
    A minimum of
    6-12 months of professional experience
    in a data annotation or data labeling role.
  • Technical Skill (Priority):
    experience with
    3D bounding box annotation
    is a strong preference.
  • Technical Skill (Required):
    experience with
    2D bounding box or polygon annotation
    is required.
  • Attention to Detail:
    focus and patience for precise, repetitive tasks. Must be able to spot small errors or inconsistencies.
  • Spatial Reasoning:
    Strong ability to visualize objects in a 3D space, even when presented with 2D or radar data.
  • Computer Literacy:
    Tech-savvy and able to learn new, complex software tools quickly.
  • Communication:
    Good English comprehension and communication skills.
  • Adaptability:
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Qualifications

  • Prior experience annotating radar or LiDAR sensor data.
  • Previous work on projects related to autonomous driving (AV) or computer vision.
  • Familiarity with common data annotation platforms.
