Job Description

The Accounting Operations Associate is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and processing financial transactions related to cash advances, tariffs, and broker billings. This role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial records while providing support to internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses a solid understanding of accounting principles.


Key Responsibilities
  • Review and verify the correctness and completeness of cash advance transactions.
  • Update tariff records and maintain accurate documentation for reference.
  • Assist employees with inquiries related to tariffs and cash advances.
  • Verify and validate broker billings to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies or incomplete documentation.
  • Maintain organized financial records in accordance with company standards.
  • Perform other accounting-related duties as may be assigned by the line head or management.

Skills & Competencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills for internal coordination and query resolution.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and MS Excel.
