Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance and Accounting Associate based in Manila. The Finance and Accounting Associate will be responsible for handling daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and reconciliation. Key tasks include processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with month-end close processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role requires maintaining accurate financial records and reports, supporting audits, and providing financial analysis and insights to assist in business decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Experience in accounting operations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable management
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation
  • Familiarity with month-end close processes and financial regulations compliance
  • Ability to maintain accurate financial records and support auditing processes
  • Strong financial analysis and business decision-making skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA certification is a plus
  • Relevant experience in the fintech industry is an advantage
