Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a service manager based in Taguig. The service manager will oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient handling of service requests. Responsibilities include managing service contracts, coordinating with technical teams, troubleshooting technical issues, supervising service technicians, and maintaining service records.
Qualifications
- Experience in Service Management, Technical Support, and Customer Relations
- Strong Organizational and Leadership Skills
- Knowledge in ICT, Systems Integration, and Software Solutions
- Proficient in Project Management and Coordination
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site and coordinate with multiple teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BSECE), Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in the multinational technology or government sector is a plus.
