Qualifications/Requirements:

  • A graduate of any business-related course, preferably Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in the same role.
  • Good understanding of production planning and inventory cycle with exposure to FIFO.
  • Experience in proper documentation and Production Planning.
  • Sound knowledge in Enterprise Materials Planning (EMP) or any related software.
  • Strong regard for product/material quality and safety standards.
  • Sharp Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen to detail and possessed excellent organizing and planning skills.
  • Can communicate well across all levels in the organization.
  • Willing to work in Tawagan St., Tayud, Consolacion, Cebu.

Summary of Duties:

  • Developing production schedules
  • Monitoring production processes and procedures.
  • Determining equipment requirements
  • Monitoring material supplies
  • Organizing production and inventory paperwork
  • Troubleshooting production issues
  • Preparing performance reports
