The Claims Reimbursement Analyst is responsible for the evaluation and processing of reimbursement claims received from various accounts/members in order to ensure that members receive accurate reimbursements for their claims. He/she will timely and professionally respond to clients and other departments' inquiries and concerns on the matters of the member's filed reimbursement claim.

Job Qualification:


• Candidate must possess at least o Bachelor's/College Degree in any Medical Course


• Preferably with at least 1 year working experience in on HMO industry/Clinic.

Competencies:

• Possesses excellent communication skills


• Must have strong knowledge and understanding of medical terms and illnesses and their diagnostics.


• Knowledgeable in basic computer application (MS Access, Database, and Excel)

Personal Character Traits:


• Ability to relate with different personalities & customer oriented;


• Ability to perform tasks within a minimum amount of time but with accuracy
