Job Responsibilities:
- Manage patient intake workflow and maintain accurate documentation.
- Process billing tasks including charge entry, claims submission, and follow-ups.
- Support and monitor Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) workflows.
- Handle case management, escalation, and exception resolution.
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in customer services, medical billing, patient intake, or healthcare support roles is an advantage
- Familiarity with EMR systems and billing software is highly desirable
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
