AU Real Estate Client Services Manager

Are you a master of communication with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience? Do you thrive on seeing a project through from start to finish? We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Manager to be the heart of our client relationships.

In this pivotal role, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, guiding them through every step of the building process—from the initial sale all the way to settlement. You'll ensure a seamless and positive journey by expertly coordinating between our builders, contract administration teams, and legal conveyancers.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the entire building process.
• Milestone & Progress Tracking: Keep clients updated on key project milestones, from deposit payments and finance approvals to construction progress and final settlement readiness.
• Contract & Compliance Coordination: Work closely with legal and accounts teams to ensure contracts are accurate and all referral agreements and fees are correctly managed.
• Cross-Team Liaison: Act as the central hub of communication, ensuring everyone from the sales team to the builders is aligned and working towards the same goal.
• Administrative Excellence: Maintain and update our CRM with all client communications and deal statuses, providing crucial administrative support that allows our sales team to focus on what they do best.

• MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ONSITE
• A natural communicator with a knack for problem-solving.
• Someone with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• A professional who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the real estate, property development, or construction industry is highly valued.
• Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a client services or customer relationship management role. Previous experience in real estate, property development, or construction is a huge plus.
