Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouseman to join our team. The ideal candidate must be computer literate and have working knowledge of construction materials. This role involves handling inventory, preparing deliveries, and maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse. Graduates or undergraduates with relevant experience or knowledge are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments of construction materials.

  • Prepare and process orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software or other digital tools.

  • Assist in periodic stock counts and audits.

  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of all materials.

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse at all times.

  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for material requirements and dispatches.

  • Identify and report any damaged or missing items to the Engineers.

  • Comply with company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college undergraduate or graduate preferred.

  • Proven experience or knowledge in handling construction materials (e.g., lumber, cement, hardware).

  • Computer literate; ability to use inventory software, spreadsheets, and basic office applications.

  • Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
