You Will Be Responsible For The Following

  • Lead tactical empowerment of teams and groups to leverage and innovate Data, Analytics and AI through enablement initiatives anchored on responsible Data and AI practices.
  • Initiate and develop Data, Analytics and AI enablement roadmaps based on Data, Analytics and AI governance principles and ensure proper implementation of standards across all the deliverables produced by the enablement service teams.
  • Plan and implement effective sponsor, stakeholder and change management programs to promote efficient collaboration within and outside Mynt's Data Office Division.
  • Plan and implement resource management among the members of the Mynt's Data Office Division by managing and monitoring resource reinforcements for the Data Office.
  • Nurture an engaged Data, Analytics and AI user community within the organization.
  • Lead the creation of business cases and roadmaps essential to the efficient operations of Mynt's Data Office Division.
  • Act as ambassador to various Data, Analytics and AI Councils.
  • Build the Data, Analytics and AI Synergies Enablement Service Framework, Process Flows, Roadmaps and facilitate Resource Management for enablement programs.

We Are Looking For The Following

  • Minimum 10 Years of Experience in handling programs with executive exposure, preferably in Data, Analytics or AI.
  • With broad experience with at least of the following practices: Data Management, Data Governance, AI Governance, Predictive Analytics and Model Management, Reporting and Visualization, Insighting, and Analytics solutioning roles.
  • With experience in handling programs with multiple teams and groups, such as business, governance, community, risk, audit, regulatory, compliance, strategy or executive groups with satisfactory knowledge on at least one of the following areas: project management & monitoring, change management, strategy development or policy development.
  • Has implemented projects, preferably in the Data, Analytics and AI domains, working closely with leadership roles such as Senior Managers to Directors.
