About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Search Engine Blended (Voice/Nonvoice) Account to join our dynamic team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This full-time position will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing high-quality customer service through both voice and non-voice channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Handling a wide range of customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
  • Adhering to established performance metrics and objectives

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  • SHS Graduate, College Level, College Graduate

Open to No work experience OR Has work experience but not BPO ; however with BPO experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries
- Proficiency in using various customer service tools and technologies
- Demonstrated experience in a call centre or customer service environment, preferably in a blended (voice and non-voice) role
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping others
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
