Monitor daily site operations to ensure compliance with design plans, specifications, and quality requirements. Inspect and evaluate sub-contractors’ work to ensure adherence to project standards, timelines, and safety regulations. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors for efficient workflow and problem resolution. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, work accomplishments, and site documentation. Monitor project schedules and provide recommendations to prevent or address delays. Ensure strict implementation of safety and housekeeping policies on-site. Check and verify material deliveries and usage to maintain proper inventory control. Conduct site inspections, testing, and quality assurance activities as needed. Attend coordination meetings and provide technical support for project execution. Liaise with suppliers and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related field) With at least Two (2) experience in telecom infrastructure projects; Huawei project experience is a strong advantage Proficient in reading technical drawings and interpreting scopes of work Strong communication and coordination skills Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools Willing to travel and work on-site is required. Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license. Preferably a resident of MIMAROPA Provinces.
