Job Description:

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and pipelines.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, and drainage problems.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, building codes, and specifications.
  • Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water, gas, and drainage systems.
  • Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning.
  • Operate hand and power tools, including pipe cutters and threading machines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
  • Provide cost estimates and timelines for plumbing projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work in tight spaces or heights.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or licenses preferred.
  • Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.
