Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our healthcare account. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of BPO experience, with a minimum of 6 months handling a healthcare account.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from patients or healthcare clients.
  • Assist with inquiries related to healthcare services, insurance claims, billing, and authorizations.
  • Provide accurate information with empathy and professionalism.
  • Document all customer interactions following company and healthcare compliance standards.
  • Resolve issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year BPO experience.
  • At least 6 months experience in a healthcare-related account.
  • Strong English communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules.
