Duties and Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry databases.

  • Generate and qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for further engagement by the sales team.

  •  Build and maintain a database of potential clients with accurate and up-to-date contact information.

  • Conduct outbound communication (email, phone, or other channels) to initiate conversations with potential leads.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.

  •  Track and report lead generation metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and lead generation software.

  • Excellent research and analytical abilities.

  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
