California Recovery Center provides clinical excellence in treating substance use disorder in an environment that empowers the people we serve to be independent and active planners in their pathway to recovery. 

We are looking for a Creatives Specialist to manage our branding, design and content, collateral, merchandise, and campaigns. The perfect candidate has a keen eye for detail, can make sound decisions on visual assets based on trends and other analytics, and comfortably use various softwares, techniques, and applications that may be used on the job.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, revise, and develop advertisements, collateral, merchandising, and branding materials for a variety of media outlets such as print, video, web, and social media
  • Ensure visuals, messaging, and interactive elements of a project are correctly aligned with the creative vision and brand standards
  • Oversee and overall direction for production activities such as photoshoots and video shoots
  • Develop relationships with vendors to obtain price quotes and delivery deadlines
  • Provide new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications
  • Report progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution
  • Handle special campaigns from conceptualization, planning, and execution

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design/video editing, marketing, or related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in active, collaborative video editing and graphic design environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of graphic design, print production, photography, and videography
  • Knowledge of content management systems, light HTML, email marketing and web design best practices

SCHEDULE

  • Full-time: Not more than 40 hours a week
  • 8-hour shift work from home
