Job Position: Appointment Setter

Shift: 8 hours daily (Mon-Fri)

Company Overview:

A Managed IT Services provider that delivers reliable and proactive IT support for small to mid-sized businesses. We currently serve clients across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, with ongoing expansion into Miami/South Florida.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to leads provided through Apollo.
  • Present the company's services in a professional and approachable manner.
  • Overcome basic objections and secure appointments with business decision-makers.
  • Record all calls, notes, and appointment details in Pipedrive CRM using the JustCall dialer.
  • Consistently meet daily/weekly KPIs for call volume and appointments set.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of appointment setting or cold calling experience (B2B preferred).
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills with a confident phone presence.
  • Familiarity with Pipedrive CRM and JustCall dialer is a plus.
  • Ability to follow a structured schedule and stay consistent with outreach.
  • Reliable, professional, and goal-driven.
