About the Role

We're looking for
Financial Analysts
with different levels of experience and expertise to join our team. This role will focus on
financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance
in line with US GAAP and IFRS standards. You'll be working closely with different departments and supporting financial reporting for the NAM (North America) region.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and consolidate
    accurate financial statements
    in accordance with
    US GAAP and IFRS
    for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting periods.
  • Ensure timely and accurate consolidation submissions of financial data for
    SEC filings
    , meeting strict regulatory timelines.
  • Lead and support the coordination and integration of financial data from various departments to ensure a
    seamless and accurate close
    .
  • Manage the consolidation of financial results, including
    intercompany eliminations
    , ensuring compliance with US GAAP and internal financial policies.
  • Prepare and review
    financial statement footnotes, disclosures,
    and other supporting requirements related to the
    NAM region
    .
  • Ensure that all financial reporting and consolidation processes adhere to
    internal controls and regulatory requirements
    .

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Accounting, Finance, Economics
    , or related field.
  • Relevant experience in financial reporting, analysis, or accounting at all levels — whether you're a
    fresh graduate, have 1-2 years of experience, or bring 3-5 years of expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of
    US GAAP, IFRS
    , and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Open to a
    hybrid work setup
    in BGC, Taguig City.
