  • Proficient in manual soldering for both through-hole and surface-mount (SMT) components
  • Skilled in soldering across various substrates, including printed circuit boards (PCBs)
  • Able to select and use appropriate soldering tools and techniques for different applications
  • Competent in PCB rework and repair, including component replacement
  • Knowledgeable in cutting, stripping, crimping, and connecting wires for electrical harnesses and assemblies
  • Can read, interpret, and execute based on electronic, electrical, and mechanical drawings or schematics
  • Familiar with IPC soldering standards and quality workmanship criteria
