  • Supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Lead, motivate, and manage store staff, including scheduling and task allocation
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving sales targets
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
  • Maintain inventory accuracy, stock levels, and loss prevention controls
  • Ensure visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards are met
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and assist the Store Manager as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College graduate or College level of any course
  • With at least 1 year of experience as Supervisor or Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php12, Php13,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
