What are we looking for?

We are looking for a skilled PowerApps / Integration Specialist to help us streamline business processes and build scalable internal applications. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, build solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, and connect applications to various systems including SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and third-party services.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for low-code automation, strong understanding of data and integrations, and the ability to translate business needs into efficient digital tools.

What are you expected to do?

• Design, build, and maintain custom business applications using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
• Create and manage automated workflows using Power Automate
• Integrate PowerApps with SharePoint, Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, and external APIs
• Customize and extend PowerApps using PowerFx or JavaScript
• Work with business users to gather requirements and transform them into functional applications
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance in the app environment
• Document solutions and train end users as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, and Business Analysts
• Support ongoing app enhancements and troubleshooting

You'll be a great fit if:

• You have at least 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, especially PowerApps and Power Automate
• You have a strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and integration techniques
• You have an experience with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and/or SQL
• You have a familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, PowerShell, or custom connectors
• You have a background in automation and process improvement
• You have an excellent problem-solving and communication skills

We will be absolutely thrilled if you also have the following:

• You have an experience working with Australian or international clients
• You have a knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Power BI, or Dynamics 365
• You have a Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or related technologies

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.

What happens after you submit your application?

The whole process takes around 4 weeks:

• There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
• We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
• If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
