Senior Integration Specialist role available for a full-time position. We are seeking an experienced professional to manage client lifecycle processes, provide testing support and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Lifecycle Management: Ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for clients through effective management of all aspects of their lifecycle.
  • Testing Support: Provide timely and accurate testing support for industry preparation related to settlement and asset services.
  • Technical Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position within our Integration Technical team, responsible for managing complex client relationships and providing expert guidance throughout the onboarding process.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of technical implementation processes and system navigation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
