The Head, Civil, Structural, Architectural and Sanitary Engineering manages and supervises all design and instrumentation work to ensure timely and quality submission of project deliverables. He/she is responsible for interpreting and verifying industry standards, guidelines, and codes for project deliverables and will schedule and monitor work plans consistent with prime contract requirements.
Work Scope:
- Manages the provision of cost-effective preliminary bid drawings and designs, concepts/schematic designs, engineering specifications and construction drawings.
- Manages the provision of pre and post construction Civil, Structural, Architectural and Sanitary engineering design inputs and requirements.
- Oversees the overall quality of the Civil, Structural, Architectural and Sanitary design by ensuring that the it is in accordance with project minimum requirements, design standards, quality plans, schedules, and budget.
- Conducts the final checking and evaluation of Vendor Reference Drawings, Specifications and Construction Drawings.
- Reviews and coordinates documents from other disciplines, contractors, customers, and outside agencies
- Signs and seals Design/Drawings for Civil, Structural & Architectural Designers
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor's/College degree in Architecture, Civil or Sanitary Engineering; PRC Licensed Engineer
- At least twelve (12) years of design engineering experience in various projects such as relevant civil/structural design experience in various structures such as transmission and distribution systems, power plants, substations, buildings.
- At least three (3) years of engineering management experience.
- Critical/innovative thinker and team player with leadership skills
- Excellent project design management skills.
