Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements

Ensure the brand and property image are consistently reflected in all marketing materials

Manage and update social media platforms, website content, and online listings for real estate projects

Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Qualifications:Graduate of Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Management, or any business-related course

Experience in real estate marketing or project management is a strong advantage

Familiarity with property trends and the local real estate market in ZambalesExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media, and Microsoft OfficeWillingness to travel across project sites in ZambalesSeniority level
