Job Summary:

The Cashier Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service by handling customer payments, managing daily sales transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role also assists in ensuring smooth shop operations and contributes to a welcoming environment for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, professional experience.
  • Process customer payments (cash, card, e-wallet) accurately and efficiently.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or change as necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cashier area and reception counter.
  • Keep daily records of transactions and sales reports.
  • Answer customer inquiries or refer them to appropriate staff/barbers.
  • Manage appointment bookings and assist with scheduling when needed.
  • Support shop operations, including inventory checks and supply monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and cash-handling procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or college level.
  • Previous experience as a cashier, receptionist, or customer service staff is an advantage.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Friendly, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

  • Sunday to Friday ( Saturday off)
