About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Spa/Salon Manager to lead our branch, ensure smooth operations and drive branch growth and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in overall operations management of the salon and aesthetic branch
  • Lead, coach, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance targets.
  • Handle supplier communication, inventory, and order monitoring
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle customer concerns and provide solutions promptly.
  • Drive branch sales and implement strategies to increase revenue.
  • Prepare reports on branch performance, expenses, and sales

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the Aesthetic industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving operational efficiency
  • Solid financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to create a positive customer experience
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across the organization
  • Willing to work in Paranaque, City
  • Can start immediately
