Key Responsibilities

• Motorized Delivery:Safely operate a motorcycle, scooter, or small van to deliver documents, packages, and other items to various locations.
• Housekeeping & Maintenance:Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and tidying common areas, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of offices.
• Errand Running:Assist with other administrative tasks and errands as needed to support office staff and operations.
• Vehicle Maintenance:Conduct basic checks on the vehicle before use and report any mechanical issues to ensure safety and proper functioning.
• Documentation:Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and pickups.
• Liaison & Support:Act as a liaison between departments or external clients, providing support and assistance as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
