About the role

Alapaap Printing Solutions Inc. is looking for a talented Layout Artist to join our dynamic team. As a Layout Artist, you will be responsible for designing and formatting a variety of printed materials, including brochures, flyers, catalogues, and other marketing collateral. This is a full-time position based in our Cubao, Quezon City office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare files from client to be prepared for printing with printing specifications for finishing.
  2. Typeset and format text, including selecting appropriate fonts, sizes, and styles if necessary.
  3. Incorporate images, graphics, and other design elements into layouts for clients without designs for printing.
  4. Work closely with the production team to prepare files for printing
  5. Proofread and make revisions to layouts as needed
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and software updates

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design or layout design
  2. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva
  3. Excellent eye for detail and an ability to work with tight deadlines
  4. Proven experience in creating layouts for a variety of print materials
  5. Strong communication and collaboration skills
  6. A passion for design and a desire to deliver high-quality work
