Job Summary

In accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of The Lind Hotels, under the supervision of the Marketing Communications Manager , the Graphic Artist will be responsible for layout, designs and produces marketing materials including, but not limited to, advertisements, collateral, signage, flash pieces, electronic brochures and presentations to drive hotel revenue.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and create marketing materials based on knowledge of layout principles, design concepts, color, and composition;
  • Produce consistent, clean, upscale designs
  • Artistic ability and creativity are essential
  • Produce eye-catching email campaigns
  • Provide creative support for social media platforms
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Proof read all marketing pieces to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain an elite level of organization to complete projects on-time.

2. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills

  • Ability to give attention to detail is a must;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Graphic Design and Layout Skills
  • Video editing skills
  • Creativity & Flexibility
  • Deadline-Oriented
  • Desktop Publishing Tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Fine Arts or Multi Media Arts degree preferred with emphasis on design or communications or equivalent work experience;
  • Proven graphic designing experience;
  • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality;
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio;
  • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas;
  • Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere);
  • Highly proficient in all design aspects;
  • Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines.
  • Can start immediately will be an advantage but not required.
  • Must be willing to report onsite in Libis, Quezon City (Monday-Friday)

Experience

  • Experience in a 5-star or luxury hotel;
  • Minimum of 2 year experience in related position.
