About the role

Office Symmetry is seeking a Prescription Transfer Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role is based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila and plays a crucial part in our pharmacy operations. As Prescription Transfer Coordinator, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately processing prescription transfers from other pharmacies, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Receive and process prescription transfer requests from patients and other healthcare providers
  2. Liaise with other pharmacies to obtain necessary information and documentation for prescription transfers
  3. Verify patient and prescription details to ensure accurate and compliant transfers
  4. Communicate with patients throughout the transfer process, providing updates and resolving any issues
  5. Maintain detailed records of all prescription transfers and related communications
  6. Support the pharmacy team in other administrative and customer service tasks as needed

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare administrative role
  2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with medical and patient information
  3. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with patients and other healthcare providers
  4. Proficient in using pharmacy management software and other relevant computer applications
  5. Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and best practices related to prescription transfers
  6. A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
