  • Collaborate with production teams, supply chain, and inventory management to maintain proper stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Track and analyze production data, including performance metrics, material usage, lead times, and machine utilization.
  • Review and monitor work orders, production orders, and bills of materials to ensure the accurate completion of production tasks.
  • Ensure that production schedules align with quality standards, and coordinate with the quality control team to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Identify areas for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction in the production process.
  • Communicate with other departments (such as purchasing, engineering, and logistics) to align production activities with company goals.
  • Prepare reports on production progress, inventory levels, and any production issues for upper management.
  • Support the maintenance of production-related documentation, including production records, quality control logs, and reports.
  • Address any emergency production scheduling issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
